College Life vs Marriage Life

College Life and Marriage Life are two stages of life that show enormous differences between them. One of the main differences between them is that college life is not a long one but a short one. On the other hand marriage life can be a long one. In many cases marriage life tends to be short too.

College life pertains to the life of a single individual whether male or female. On the other hand marriage life pertains to the life of two individuals, male and female, together. This is one of the major differences between college life and marriage life.

College life is more oriented towards employment and career of a particular individual. On the other hand marriage life is oriented more towards the well being of two individuals.

Marriage life is successful only if there is a perfect understanding between the spouses. Marriage life fails if they lack understanding. Hence it is said that in many cases marriage life becomes short.

There are several instances of long marriage life where the spouses have struck perfect understanding between them. Marriage life is thus characterized by a blend of not only two individuals but by two minds as well. On the other hand college life is characterized by the experiences undergone by a particular individual who is on the threshold of life in terms of employment and career building.

It is generally not considered proper for one to plan about marriage life when one is experiencing college life. This is because of the fact that college life is meant only for the enrichment of knowledge and building up career opportunities. On the other hand marriage life is meant for the enrichment of progeny and the strengthening of the bondage between a male and a female.

One of the important differences between college life and marriage life is that college life is generally not remembered for various reasons when compared to school life. On the other hand marriage life is very well remembered for various reasons. Hence we see that marriage anniversaries are celebrated by the couples in a grand manner.

In fact there are couples who have lived 50 or 60 years together in marriage and have celebrated diamond jubilee functions of their married life. This is not the case with college life. You can call yourself alumni of any particular institution or college.
