Olive and vegetable oil are both oils commonly used in the kitchen when you are to cook something. They can be used for different types of food but they are very different in nature, components and over all temperament when exposed to a certain type of temperature differ a lot.
Olive oil is generally used for recipes with heavy flavoring so that the oil would not alter the food’s inherent flavor. Olive is high in healthy fats that your nutritionist always say are good for you so you have to include them more in your recipes. Moreover, it is also rich in anti oxidants. It comes from olive fruits and the latter is pressed by a machine to get the oil out.
Vegetable oil is said to have a high tolerance to high temperature. This is commonly used when cooking food with delicate flavors such as pork, chicken and fish so the food itself would stand out more. This kind of oil comes from plants and is healthy to be eaten. As proven, vegetable oil is filled with omega 6 fatty acids which are important for a healthy lifestyle.
Difference Between Olive Oil and Vegetable Oil
