Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy Tab both are tablets from Samsung with Android operating system. The main difference of New Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is its size, 10.1 inches WXGA TFT LCD display (1280×800) comparing to Samsung Galaxy Tab which is 7 inches Multitouch TFT display (1024 x 600). The new Galaxy Tab is named as Galaxy Tab 10.1 because of its size. Galaxy Tab 10.1 is powered by Nvidia dual-core Tegra 2 processor with Android 3.0 Honeycomb whereas Galaxy Tab is powered by 1 GHz Cortex A8 processor with Android 2.2 Gingerbread, which is upgradeable to Honeycomb.

In context of video recoding and calling, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is packed with 8 MP rear and 2 MP front facing cameras and Samsung Galaxy Tab equipped with 3.2 MP rear and 1.3 MP front cameras for video recording and video calling. Sporting a large screen and dual core with dual surround sound speakers Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 enable users to enjoy multimedia to maximum extent without mobile compromise and lead to ultimate mobile entertainment experience.
