Difference between Yogurt and Curd
Yogurt is liquid based mostly because of how it is produced; curd is in solid form also because of the way it was produced. Yogurt is consumed in the way it is presented, in the form of liquid; curd is consumed and is known to be best served in desserts. Yogurt is cultured and traces its origin from live bacteria; curd is produced from being a liquid to solid. Yogurt is very common in North America and Europe; curd is more diverse as it can also be seen in Middle East and South East Asia.
