Bengal Cat
Bengal cat is a new hybrid of cats, which resulted after crossing the domestic cat and Asian Leopard cat, and they originated in the United States. They have leopard-like markings and rosettes, which appear on the back and the sides of their bodies. In addition, their body structure resembles leopards, and they have both wild and domestic natures. Bengal cats also have strips on their body and horizontal striping is present on the sides of the eyes as well as on the legs. According to the coat colour, there are two types of them known as brown spotted and snow spotted. Brown spotted Bengals, as the name indicates, have brown colour spots or marble markings. The snow spotted cats have the same marks as brown cats, but some of them have blue (or any other colour) eyes. Warren says
We have been owned by a pair of Ocicats, one for over 8 years and the other for over seven. Both were adopted as adults, as they were retired from breeding. They are easily the best behaved felines we have ever served under, and that goes back to our first kittens we adopted together in 1974. In short, they are just absolute joys!
