Just purchased the HTC Inspire and had the Iphone 4 which is still in the family. Got the itch for an Android phone after hearing its praise and reading the reviews. Pretty nice phone and still getting used to it. I have been with Iphones for a few years so it is a bit of a transition.
So far so good, nice screen and the speed is pretty good. Again, the initial frustration was learning to do things differently but that is what makes life interesting. I will keep my eyes open for the next addition of the Iphone. In the meantime, I am enjoying the Inspire.
uhhh the iphone picture isnt an iphonen
I’ve been with iphone since it first came out, and i loved it. Then last week I change to HTC inspire for a change. First 3 days with HTC, I loved it until I came to work with it. Oh boy.. battery last me only for good 6 hours just by texting. Then I started adjusting the display, turning off wifi, bluetooth etc.. came the next day and still the same. So went back to ATT and swap the battery if it had issue, so so… it did last me a little longer at least couple more hours. With the iphone, battery last me until i go to bed. Next issue that im having with HTC is, I cant take a screenshot like how i use to with iphone just by clicking the home and power bottom at the same time. Now the more im learning on this HTC the more problem i see and im starting to miss iphone. On the iphone i never have to worry about viruses. HTC gotta be careful. memory storage, i dont like the fact on the HTC that there is external and internal memory storage. Internal is only 1g, what the heck is that for?? anyways i have 30 days still to decide if you i shoud keep HTC, but im more on “going back to iphone” side.
Thanks for the info I have been debating on staying with my iPhone or going to HTC and this helped out alot
pinalitan mo ba?
Maybe someone said this as I didn’t care to read what they said but theses phones do not have swype. If you root your Inspire you can put Swype beta on it. With the iPhone it’s just not possible..
with voice to text capabilities who needs swipe? Paid $19.00 for my HTC Inspire they are now available for pennies. Is any phone $200.+ better? Or do you need to spend to impress?
After looking into and playing with both, i DEFINATELY recommend the HTC.
BAD REPLACA OF THE iPhone 4
I love my HTC inspire it’s awesome!
After shattering my iPhone 3GS (I was trying to hold out until the iPhone 5 came along) I obviously had to get a new phone. I went it thinking iPhone 4, but was convinced by AT&T to try the HTC Inspire. I got it almost a week ago and am returning it for the iPhone 4. The HTC Inspire battery life is HORRIBLE!!! Also, I had never dropped nearly as many calls as I do now and my bluetooth (Jawbone) would barely let me leave the HTC more than 2 feet before static started. I tired, but I am going back to the iPhone!
I have the HTC Inspire, a few friends have the Iphone 4. My phone is a powerful weapon of mass communication that can be customized to fit my needs. Theirs are just toys with a few lights and whistles that end up being standard issue and boring like the rest of the isheep herd.
Man this was a great help. Thanks for the help.
HTC is a true smartphone, Iphone is a toy.
Previously owned an iPhone 3g. Eventually it just stopped working probably due to some upgrade from Apple that was incompatible with my hardware. I’be had similar experiences with both an ipod and an imac that either never worked as they were supposed to or were obseletized by apple upgrades. I’m really enjoying the inspire and the froyo Android OS. It’s better than Apple in many ways. As others have noted it does have a shorter battery life. Only time will tell whether it holds up better but I’m very glad to be out of Apple’s clutches.
how can you trust this ? the iphone 4 doesnt even look like it….smh
THIS IMAGES IS AN IPOD.
I love my htc I would not change it for any other the more I use it the more I love it. WOW!!!!
