School is also referred to as a group of persons, professors and researches, who are held together by the same principle, beliefs and methods.

Difference between Faculty and School

The overlapping definition of faculty and school is that both can mean a division or group of people in an academe such as a university. The most obvious difference between the faculty and school is that faculty is often referred to the people comprising an educational intuition while school is referred to as the physical place of learning where instructions are delivered to the learners. Another apparent difference is that faculty is regarded as an important component in education as its members and staff are the ones who research and teach knowledge and skills while the school is regarded as an organization comprised of faculty and students.

In simple terms, a school is a place where faculty members share their knowledge to the students. School and faculty are essential units of education system.
