Sense , MotoBlur and TouchWiz are skinned Android platforms by HTC,Motorola and Samsung. Even though lots of smartphones in the market with Android each of them differ in UI and features due to customization. The basic Android is called stock Android and these customised Androids are referred as skinned Android.Since Android is an open source mobile operating system, manufacturers have the flexibility to add or change features and functionalities supported by their hardware to attract users.
HTC Sense
HTC devices come with customised Android called “HTC Sense”. It has different user interface from stock Android thus user experience differs.

Motoblur is customised version of Android used in Motorola smartphones.

TouchWiz is Samsung customised Android.
