Religion vs Justice

Religion and Justice are two words that show some difference between them in terms of their definition and concept. Religion is based on culture and beliefs. It relates to spirituality. On the other hand Justice is a concept based on ethics. This is the main difference between the two terms.

It is interesting to note that Justice is depicted by Lady Justice equipped with three symbols, namely, a sword, a human scale and a blindfold. On the other hand, religion is represented by faiths and conduct of group of individuals. There are as many religions as there are groups of individuals following them. On the other hand, Justice is one for all sects and religions.

Justice is framed by law. On the other hand religion is formed by preceptors or leaders of certain faiths. This is one of the basic differences between religion and justice. If you take any religion in the world you would find that it was founded by a certain individual. As for example, Christianity was formed after Jesus Christ and Islam was formed after Allah.

On the other hand it is important to know that both religion and justice bring about harmony among human beings and various sects. Religion shapes the character of an individual. Likewise justice shapes the behavior of an individual. Justice is meant to mend the character of an individual.

Religious beliefs involve many aspects such as worship of a deity, belief in the existence of God, strength of an individual, spirituality and the like. On the other hand, justice aims at correcting the flaws in a human being and making him perfect. Justice aims at awarding punishments to the people who err. Religion on the other hand, aims at building the quality of people. These are the differences between religion and justice.
