Huawei also stresses upon the fact that they have integrated Dolby mobile 3.0 plus sound enhancement, which is good news for all the music fans out there. It has a 1800mAh battery and is supposed to work well for 1-2 days with normal usage as per Huawei, but we say it’ll work around 6-7 hours straight from one charge in the scale of our tests.

There are pros and cons in every product. In the smartphone business, we have to consider another factor opposed to pros and cons which is the preference. Since smartphones carries a sense of impression, consumers have various preferences on what to buy. These two smartphones we were talking about today comes to the same fact at some point. Before that, let me point out some key difference between them. Samsung Galaxy S3 and Huawei Ascend D Quad both have Quad core processors, but we are more familiar with the performance of the Samsung Exynos chipset than the Huawei K3V2 chipset. So as such time where the benchmarks are available, we have to go with the Samsung Exynos chipset just because it has been around sometime and is a matured product. Besides that, Samsung has incorporated 4G LTE connectivity to Galaxy S3 which certainly is lacking in Huawei Ascend D Quad.
