Shy is a type of an inner feeling that generates within a person himself of being nervous when dealing with other people. People who are shy have a hard time in talking and meeting new people and also facing unfamiliar situations.

Shyness can become a severe mental health problem for some people, which needs external treatments to change their behaviour. In certain situations everyone feels shy, and the level of shyness differ from one another. In this fast moving environment, it is very difficult to be isolated when spending busy life schedules and it also creates many disadvantages and create many problems due to such behavioural patterns.

Introversion can be considered as a personality trait. Introverts think and talk. They know how to behave according to the type of the situation. These type of people enjoy their time by interacting with others and usually they have a few close friends. Among the group of close friends, introverts are great listeners, give thoughtful advices and are extremely empathetic.

An introvert can be identified with different sub traits as being self-aware, being thoughtful, having interest in self-knowledge and self-understanding. An introvert t ends to keep emotions private, being quiet and reserved in large groups or around unfamiliar people. An introvert is more sociable among the people known to him. Also, an introvert is gifted with the ability to learn through observation.

• Shy persons are neglected and isolated among the people in the society because of their awkward behaviour, unlike introverts.

• Shy people they do not get the opportunities to build good relationships with varying personalities and share ideas and experiences even at the work places.
