To take into consideration, blues strongly influenced almost all popular music like jazz, country and rock. Rock however created enigma, by defying the conservative norm during its advent by introducing sexually suggestive ideas and dance steps. Blues on the other hand, came to be popular given the fact that it is written entirely to present sorrow, melancholy and the yearning to be liberated from the difficulty that they are facing. It also introduces a multitude of instruments in its beat, such as saxophone, trombone, violin, piano and xylophone.
