The device is expected to be available worldwide at the end of September 2011.

The dimensions of Samsung Galaxy S II LTE are more or less similar to the Galaxy S II, but may appear slightly bigger. The device is 5.11″ long, 2.7″ broad and 0.37″ thick. The weight is nearly 130 g. Samsung Galaxy S II LTE is complete with a 4.5″ Super AMOLED Plus capacitive touch screen with 480 x 800 resolution. It’s important to note that the screen real estate is larger than its LTE less counterpart Samsung Galaxy S II. This multi touch screen has superior quality of the Samsung Galaxy S II family coupled with the strength and ability to remain scratch proof as it’s made from Gorilla glass. An 8 mega pixel rear facing camera and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera is available with Samsung Galaxy S II. This allows users to capture quality images while there on the move while the front facing camera is ideal for video chat. The camera application available with Samsung Galaxy S II is the default gingerbread camera application. The rear camera comes with auto focus and LED flash.

The browser available with Samsung Galaxy S II is much raved for its performance. The browser speed is good, while page rendering may have issues. Pinch to zoom and page scrolling is also fast and accurate and worthy of complement.
