Zune and Zune HD are portable music players, in which Zune belongs to the first generation and Zune HD is the latest. The resolution of Zune HD is 480X272pixels, whereas it was just 320X240pixels in Zune. The battery life that stood at 14 hours in Zune has been extended up to 33 hours of non stop entertainment.

While Zune has an intuitive interface and a very good playback facility, Zune HD provides a listening experience that can be termed as pure divine. Zune HD is packed with latest features such as OLED capacitive touch screen, video output that is HD, and even a radio that is HD. Zune HD has done away with flash memory that was there in Zune which also contributed in reducing the size and weight of the gadget.
