One of the main differences between flaxseed oil and fish oil lies in their composition. It is true that both flaxseed oil and fish oil contain a great amount of omega-3 fatty acids. Another important difference between flaxseed oil and fish oil is that flaxseed oil has fiber content in it whereas fish oil does not have fiber content in it. If you would like to include more flaxseed oil in your diet then make sure to include sources of fresh water fish so that EPA and DHA factors are also taken care of.
