Business Suit vs Church Suit

A business suit and a church suit are formal wears that both should be worn on an appropriate time and place. Suits are formal wears that may be turned casual with the right pieces put together. There are a lot of suit types so learning the difference will be beneficial.

Business Suit

Business suits are used with the purpose to impress. How you appear in an interview or business deal meetings will more often than not determine the result of a particular transaction. People who dress smart and fashionable at the same time will always be taken seriously compared to those who look rugged and out of place. A good business suit always goes well with clean shaved face or neatly combed and kept hair.

Church Suit

A church suit, on the other hand, is usually worn when men and women go to church – as the name implies. However, nowadays, there aren’t a lot of people who wear suits during a mass. But there are still others who would go through all the lengths to find a church suit and be presentable in front of their creator.

Difference between Business Suit and Church Suit

A business suit is far more formal compared to that of church suits. Business suit usually presents with neutral colors such as black, brown and gray. The subtle colors make the business suit more formal which are best suited especially for interviews and office work. Church suits are less stiff on the color palette; they tend to be more colorful although shocking colors such as brilliant pink are not well appreciated. Business suits tend to stick to one color scheme while church suits may have patterned designs and a combination of colors.

Whether it’s for a business meeting or the Sunday church, it would always be best to look your greatest yet be appropriate.

In brief:

• Business suit is formal while a church suit is a little bit toned down in comparison.

• Business suit offers plain neutral colors while church suits are more flexible and colorful.
