What Does Clothes Mean

Tthe word ‘clothes’ gives the meaning of ‘stitched clothing material’, as shown in the following sentences.

In the first sentence, you get the meaning that a person purchased stitched plain clothing for the festival. In the second sentence, you get the meaning that a person has the habit of wearing white garments in his office. This is the key difference between the two words ‘cloths’ and ‘clothes’.
