Endeavor vs XLS Endeavor

Endeavor and XLS Endeavor are car models. Both are manufactured by Mitsubishi Motors, the sixth biggest car company in Japan. Both are crossovers (made on a car platform and is combined in varying degrees) of a passenger vehicle and of a sport utility vehicle. Both were manufactured in the 2000’s.

Mitsubishi Endeavor

Mitsubishi Endeavor is actually a crossover sport utility vehicle combining a great style with room enough for five people plus their gears. Just like any other crossovers, Endeavor combined the elevated sitting position of the traditional sport utility vehicle and the fuel economy features normally found in passenger cars. Compared to other crossovers, this one is better in the sense that it is good-looking, it has good engine and excellent off-road performance.

Mitsubishi XLS Endeavor

XLS Endeavor is actually a variation of the Endeavor model, as what its name may imply. It was first presented to the public in the year 2006, thus it includes the side airbags which was a standard Endeavor feature since the year 2005. More features are available for this model, including the anti-lock brakes, navigation system and a stereo. The rear DVD entertainment choice was eliminated in 2007 though.

Difference between Endeavor and XLS Endeavor

As any other car models, Endeavor has gone through numerous facelifts, thus the birth of XLS endeavor. Car companies thrive to continue improving their products, thus variations are made from time to time. There are features that are not available in Endeavor but were made to exist when the company manufactured XLS Endeavor; including but not limited to the navigation system and a stereo. When XLS Endeavor was presented to the public, side airbags were already standard to that vehicle, but it was not a standard feature yet when Endeavor was first manufactured.
