The Microsoft Lumia 950 can be considered an elegant phone, but uses polycarbonate for its outer covering. Performance

Microsoft Lumia 950 is powered by the Snapdragon 808 chipset. This processor comes with hexacore, which is made up of 64-bit architecture and is able to clock a CPU speed of 1.8 GHz. The graphics are powered by an Adreno 418 GPU. It also has a super-fast X10 LTE modem which is built-in. Other features include a hexagon signal processor, two image processors, Quick charge support & memory which has LPDDR3 RAM. Although Snapdragon 808 is a great processor relating to all round performance, it does not perform well when put to the test with 3D graphics related applications.

The memory supported by the device is 3GB RAM, which is efficient for multitasking applications.

The Microsoft Lumia 950 XL is an identical smartphone to the Microsoft Lumia 950; it’s smaller sibling. The phone’s outer case is made up of polycarbonate which is actually plastic and come in two colors which are black and white. The right edge of the device comes with the volume button, lock, and the camera shutter control button. It also comes with a USB C for data transfer and fast charging. The plastic outer cover does not give the phone a premium look, but it makes it easier to handle and grip.

Display

The size of the display stands at 5.7 inches. Although this phone is large, it does not feel uncomfortable in the hand. The hardware of the device is power packed and comes with a quality screen as well. This will enable the user to get the best out of the phone. The screen resolution of the display is 2160 X 1440 which adds up to a pixel density of 518 ppi.
