Mini One and Mini Cooper are models of a brand of British car owned by German Auto giant BMW. The car has a history of 41 years and has been sold and loved by small car lovers all over the world. Mini One and Mini Cooper are two variants of the car having different features and specifications. Mini One

Mini One car is equipped with a 1398cc petrol engine that is smooth and has a 6-speed manual transmission. It can deliver a power of 75 BHP at 4500 rpm. The car gives sharp and powerful performance. The car is 3699 mm long and 1683 mm wide while its height is 1407 mm. The car has space for 4 individuals with a boot space of 160 liters. The steering of the car is ultra responsive and riding it in city traffic is a pleasure as it gives a very smooth ride. With a fuel tank capacity of 40 liters, the kerb weight of the car is 1135 kg. Mini One is equipped with BMW Z axle multi link rear suspension. Mini One has both front as well as rear disc brakes.

It provides a high torque of 160 Nm at 4250 rpm which is significant considering engine size. Mini Cooper is almost similar in size to Mini One with dimensions of 3699X1683X1414mm. Like Mini One, Mini Cooper can seat 4 persons but boot space is less at 125 liters compared to 160 of Mini One. It has 6 gears and changing gears is very smooth which makes driving in traffic jams easy. It has an automatic soft top that can be opened and closed according to weather conditions in just 21 seconds.

Suspension is a little stiff which means Mini Cooper Cabrio may not be suitable for long rides. The car weighs 1240 kg with a fuel tank holding 40 liters of petrol. Though the interiors are spacious, it may seem constricted for big fellows. There is not much luggage space and you can at best put a couple of briefcases. Safety features are more or less similar to Mini One. The air conditioner is also same but the speedometer is very big in comparison to Mini One.
