With its latest masterpiece EVO 3D, however, HTC is giving a run for its money to iPhone with an additional features that has caught the fancy of the first time smartphone buyers. iPhone 4
it is the fourth generation iPhone as the name implies and is decidedly better and faster than its predecessor. It has a faster A4 CPU (1 GHz ARM Cortex A8 processor), dual camera with a front facing camera for video calls and a rear one being 5 MP at 2593 x 1944 pixels with auto focus ands LED flash. It has 512 MB RAM and the phone is available in many versions with different internal storage capacities starting from 16 GB up to 32GB. The smartphone is Wi-Fi with 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1 +A2DP
The display stands at 3.5 inches with LCD display with IPS technology and the screen is scratch resistant. The display is better than on any other smartphones available in the market at present. The phone is equipped with all sensors that have become a standard accessory for smartphones such as gyro sensor, accelerometer, and proximity sensor and has multi touch input method.
iPhone 4 runs on the legendary Apple iOS 4 and browsing with Safari is a pleasing experience. The downside is that the phone has no radio. The phone is compacter and lighter than many smartphones available in the market and has dimensions of 115.2 x 58.6 x 9.3mm weighing just 137 gm. The user can easily browse and download from thousands of apps from Apple’s app store and iTunes. Apple has provided iBooks and a new version of iMovies for iPhone which are added attractions for a new buyer. However, making available phones in different internal storage capacities and not allowing users to expand the memory using micro SD card disappoints many.
HTC EVO 3D
How about having a smartphone that is packed with all the latest features, and also allows you to watch content in 3D, and that too without special 3D glasses? Yes, this is what is possible with HTC EVO 3D, that is creating quite a buzz since its launch at CTIA 2011 show. Though it has a large 4.3 inch qHD auto stereoscopic display at a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, it does not feel like a wieldy device when it comes in your hand. Its 3D display is impressive to say the least but there is a switch to return back to 2D mode whenever you want.
This smartphone has a powerful 1 GHz Dual Core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and it runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Coupled with the amazing HTC sense UI, and a 1 GB RAM, it provides a very enriching experience to the users when they are playing games or watching videos. HTC EVO 3D has internal storage capacity of 4 GB that can be expanded up to 32 GB using micro SD cards. The phone is HDMI capable, which means the user can instantly watch HD videos (1080p in 2D and 720p in 3D) shot by him on TV.

It is true that the EVO 3D has very impressive specs but really, they are both about even when it comes to performance, in fact I dare say the iPhone 4 runs smoother… This is because although the EVO 3D has more ram and a faster processor it’s memory user is also higher than the iPhone thus equalizing the performance amongst the two. The major feature that the iPhone 4 lacks is the 3D capability and I’m 100% sure apple has developed that feature however, I’m almost certain that apple will not release such feature until the public shows a greater interest in 3D.

Evo 3D is looks so great. But Im pretty use it eats up the battery. When it comes to smoothness of user interface, I think iPhone still beats Evo 3D
